The NICU at the Asian Children Hospital , Vastral (Ahmedabad) is a 35 bedded intensive unit. We take care of the smallest babies weighing 700- 800 grams born very early in life and given them the love and nurturing they require to survive in this world. We are present at the births of high risk babies born in maternity homes and can transport them in a specially-designed transport incubator by a specialist to the NICU at The Children's Hospital, Vastral (Ahmedabad) if they require special care.
